This one from 1991 is a nice slow house groover with some cool effects. Produced by the all-star Def Mix duo: Frankie Knuckles (on the mix) and David Morales (on percussion). I really like it when the little vocal comes in out of nowhere. This one is perfect for those end of the night moments when you can leave the booth and let it hang out. Gotta give credit to user RJJNY on YouTube for turning me on to this one.
Another gem from 1993. I don’t think house music coming out of New York City got any better than the stuff that was being cranked out consistently during this year.
Krivit’s re-arrangement with the razor blade on this is so killer. The teasing of the vocal hook before the verse comes in gives me a smile and instant happiness!
